New Scientist has 11 steps to a better brain. Many are the same as the steps to a better body: regular exercise, right diet, fluids, plenty sleep, biofeedback, performance-enhancing drugs, bionics all that. I can't think of a physical analogue for the most interesting one, "get religion" (some orders of nuns have less dementia than you might expect). Perhaps Australian Rules Football? (via)
